As part of the Grade II-listed London Pavilion refurbishment, this project came with a unique set of challenges: working in a historic building in central London, balancing space optimization with footprint constraints, and coordinating complex logistics along with a carefully sequenced construction schedule. However, thanks to a dedicated team, meticulous planning, and smooth execution, we made it happen.
From the first delivery to the final one on April 1st, and while the project is still ongoing, we share this important milestone – a moment to reflect on what proper planning, resilience, and teamwork can achieve.
